4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

Unless stated otherwise in the event details:

  • All ticket sales are final

  • No refunds or exchanges are allowed unless the event is canceled or rescheduled

  • In case of cancellation, you may be entitled to a refund as per the organizer’s policy

We act only as an intermediary and are not responsible for decisions made by event organizers.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent activities

  • Resell tickets unless explicitly allowed

Violations may result in suspension or permanent banning from the platform.
